Schedule
Schedule will be posted the Tuesday prior to tournament weekend. Please do not email or call with schedule-related questions before then.
Occasionally, there are unavoidable changes that happen after the schedule is posted on Tuesday. It is best practice to check back the day before the tournament to ensure there have been no changes.
Clear Bag Policy (Akins Ford Arena & Classic Center)
All Akins Ford Arena ticketed performances and sporting events will require patrons to carry their personal items in a clear bag. Backpacks, camera bags, binocular bags, and computer bags are prohibited. Personal items must be secured in a clear bag no larger than 12”x 6” x 12”. Wallets smaller than 5” x 8” x 2” will be accepted at entry.

Coach/Team Check In
Coaches and teams in the morning wave will be able to check in beginning at 7:00 am on Saturday morning at their respective facilities. PM waves will be permitted to check in beginning at noon.

Tie-Breaking Protocol
Tie-breaking matches will not be played in this event. In the event of a tie in pool play, the tie will be broken based on head-to-head results (where two teams are tied for one position), set percentage or point percentage in that order. If any teams are still tied after comparing point percentage, a coin flip will break the tie.
Team Referee Obligations
Referee schedules are included in the pool assignments. With few exceptions, teams losing in bracket play on Sunday will ref the next match on that court. It is possible that your team will have to ref the match before you play, regardless of your match time. If you are scheduled to ref the match before you play, please be in place no later than 15 minutes prior to the start time.

Parking garage attached to the convention center-$12/day.
Athens Sports Arena
Parking will be available on-site at no cost.
Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School
Parking will be available on-site at no cost.
Trainers
A certified athletic trainer, will be on-site at The Classic Center throughout the duration of the event. Please bring your own tape (or other supplies) if you want them to wrap your ankles.
Chairs
The Classic Center & Akins Ford Arena
Outside chairs are prohibited. Seating will be provided in the facility.
Athens Sports Arena
Limited seating is available. Please plan to bring your own chairs.
Monsignor Donovan Catholic High School
Limited seating is available. Please plan to bring your own chairs.
Volleyballs
Teams must bring their own warm-up volleyballs and ball carts to the event.
Admissions
The Classic Center & Akins Ford Arena
Admissions will be located in the pre-function areas of the Classic Center and Akins Ford Arena. Admissions will be $15/day for all spectators 10 and over.
Athens Sports Arena
Admissions will be located at the main entrance of the facility. Admissions will be $15/day for all spectators 10 and over.

Artificial Noise
No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.
Food & Beverage
The Classic Center & Akins Ford Area: no outside food permitted. Concessions will be available at both the Classic Center and Akins Ford Arena.
